Tom is amazing! Called first thing in the morning with a socket that was in need of repair. Given its location in the bathroom in our venue and close to the hand dryer (with water constantly being flicked on socket),Tom managed to move some jobs around given the nature of the situation and assisted with the problem within the hour.
